Really I'm scared. During the time I was banned I went back to another forum and actually made a friend and we really connected but her boyfriend is irrational. he refuse4s to accept that we are just friends and that I mean her no harm. He’s convinced himself that I’m some pedophile or something. What do I do? He refuses to listen to reason and ALWAYS TALKS LIEK THSI YOU FUCKING IDIOTS I DONT'E VEN KNOW WHY I TALK TO U YOUR SO DENSE.

    Stop.
  • Till shade is gone, till water is gone, into the Shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath, to spit in Sightblinder’s eye on the last Day.

    Whoops, misinterpreted the OP.

  • When in Turkey, ROCK THE FUCK OUT

    Has friends besides tanks now
He's saying there's no need to be scared of some chump on the Internet, especially if there's just some guy raeging at you over something stupid like that.
  • i'm not afraid of him just taht he will convince my friend to abandon me.
  • I'm a damn twisted person
All in all it's just an online friend, so not a big loss.
  • Not a big loss? She was a great freiend we connected quite well. I was able to talk to her about anything. I can't stand the notion of "just an internet friend" my best friend was an internet friend thatnk you very much.
  • I'm a damn twisted person
Ah, so she was a friend of convenience. You can talk to her about anything(and subsequently lie about anything), but neither of you have to put up with the flaws that would crop up in real life.
  • One foot in front of the other, every day.
    This isn't necessary, Crake.
  • @Tnu: if you two are as close as you're saying, then just try to explain the situation calmly to her.
  • ^^^ There's something you're not telling us.
  • I'm a damn twisted person
Me? Nah, I'm just pointing out to Tnu that online friendships aren't worth much.
  • maybe not worth as much as offline-friendships =/= worthless.

Though I reiterate, if your friend valued your opinion at all Tnu, she'd listen to you.
  • One foot in front of the other, every day.
Speak for your own experience; I've found as much value in online friendships as off.

Friendship is as subjective as any other matter of social interaction.
  • it's just that her boyfriend threatoned to kill himself if I didn't leave and is making her choose.
  • Tell her to leave, that sort of mentality isn't going to change whether or not your her friend.

That's a dangerous person to associate with.
  • to leave her boyfriend? But she loves this guy to death I wouldn't want to ruin that.

    I'm a damn twisted person
Real life boyfriend or online boyfriend? Because if he is an online boyfriend, chances are it's just a bluff.

As for telling her to leave, at least consider this; people who use the threat of suicide to get what they want are usually assholes exploiting the few people who give a shit about them.
  • Yeah apperently my presence offends him so much that it drives him to desire suicide. This guy is an idiot. I've been nothing but civil to him and he does nothing but shout and accuse me. IRL Boyfriend by the way.
  • How is their relationship any good then? that telling her to leave would be "Heart-breaking"?
  • She loves this man to death she'd be devastated if she los thim.
  • I'm a damn twisted person
Alright, simple solution: Stay in contact with each other and lie to him about it. Unless he watches her type over her shoulder or you two chatter on the phone a lot, a fairly easy lie to pull off.
  • Let's get some more information here:

How many other friends does she have besides you?
  • A few that I know. not sure of an approximation
