    Not saying that it's nothing to worry about, but detectives try to look into all possibilites. Your brother should cooperate with them so they can rule him out.

    I have a friend who's younger brother actually killed his wife. Apparently, he blacked out before it happened, freaked out afterwards, but called the police himself.

    I know relations aren't everything, but he's related to you so I don't think he can be all that bad. I really hope things work out okay though. If he knows something he should come forward and try to clear himself. :<

    Well, if you can get into contact with him, try to recommend he cooperate with the cops so that he can be discharged... though him avoiding the cops probably isn't going to speak too well in their eyes. =/
