I Feel Like Utter Shite Today

I don't know why but I feel like my entire body is trying to rip itself apart, my stomach is punching my ribs and my heart is vomiting all over my liver. And my head, oh Christ it's like a thousand screaming children all screeching at me in unison. I have no idea why I'm feeling all this pain but I don't fucking like it.
