  I'm not really serious here, but just because someone has a medical degree doesn't mean they have your best interests in mind.
  
  Besides, hitler was a megalomanical dictator who had the goal of wiping people out, and if he liked dogs, that was his own personal opinion. Tuskegee had the goal of advancing medical science, and was masterminded by a government and perpetrated by doctors and people who should have been helping the victims, which makes it that much more insidious.
  
  Also, the hitelr ate sugar thing doesn't quite work here. That thing (fallacy?) tries to delegitimize something good/neutral by associating it with bad people who supported it, while I'm trying (not entirely seriously) to delegitimize good/neutral people by associating them with something bad (which they actually did).
