I GET that you like that show a lot. I GET that it speaks to you. I GET that you find watching it, talking about it and evangelizing about it a religious experience.
BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO IT ALL THE TIME.
Seriously. If your life is dominated by one thing you like, then you're fucking sad. If you jump into a thread that's about something completely different and start talking about "friendship is magic," then you're effectively saying, "Hey, I have no life outside of a cartoon that's made for preteen girls, and I WON'T LET YOU FORGET IT."
Go ahead and talk about MLP. Go ahead. I'm fine with that. But just keep it within your own threads.

GO AWAY PONIBOYIf you can't even find one thing to really like, then you're fucking
sad.
I never understood this collective whining about things that are extremely popular at the moment. And it doesn't matter whether I like the thing in question myself. I never understood all this bitching about sparkling vampires and their mary sues either.
Because if you post on an image board about something that Hatter doesn't like once in a while, that CLEARLY means that EVERY SINGLE SECOND OF YOUR LIFE is UTTERLY CONSUMED with posting about it and you NEVER EVER POST ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE and Hatter is perfectly justified in making sweeping and completely unfounded statements about you and your life.

What anime does that video hail from?
