Aftwer getting some advice from people around here and other places i'm consideirng moving to South America. It sounds like my kind of place. Initially I thought "Netherlands" but South America does sound better. the only question left is how.

    I've heard that there are several nice small Republics in the area. Especially the southern area.  Where government is generally out of the way of my personal life and out of my business. So it's an acceptable trade off.

    Somewh at high it seems The Statistics show it at a 44 (from a scale with zero being the worst and one hundred being the best. For refrence Denmark being at 33 is abit worse in that regard and Sweden is probobly the absolute worst. Iraq however is the country with the best cost of living in the index).
