It's actually called retina, not retinal, which would be an eye-implanted display.
From what I've heard, the retina display looks really great...for things specifically designed to display on it. Which is nothing.
An annoying way to say "5".
That sounds cool and terrifying.
that's the future for ya
I, for one, would totally like to have a HUD implanted into my eye.
No joke.
Methinks you'll have to stick with Google Glass for the time being. :P
Count me in.
Anyway, I got:
-MGS HD collection
-New watch
-Doctor Who monopoly
-A fair amount of chocolate (most of which I've already eaten)
-The Dark Knight Rises Blu-Ray/DVD/Digital superultimatedeluxespecial edition with Batman and Bane figurines
-50 dollars
-Some new headphones (which I shall be using for my iPod)
-Really badass black-and-white Stormtrooper canvas painting
-The Poetry of Banjo Patterson, a Donna Hay Cookbook, a Bible, and a pocket guide to Jane Austen (yes, that last one was a bit of a joke on my mother's part, since I hate Jane Austen)
noice
Friends came on the 25st, so that's what will pass for a Christmas party for me this year. Played some MtG and PlayStation All-Stars.
Oh, and I forgot to list three things:
$20 (got on Boxing Day)
Chocolate Bar (got on Boxing Day)
Vegan Cook Book (got on Christmas Eve)
Oh, right. I also got a big box of imported candy.
My parents bought a huge box of chocolates from the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factor for $50.
Then they bought an even bigger box of chocolates from Sam's Club for $9.
