    I gotta say Betty Boop would explain a lot more about the subculture than Scrooge would.  :|



    things like　burikko (basically women purposefully acting cutesy/childish in order to attract guys. It rarely works and most Japanese people just find it annoying. ) exist after all.



    Oh thank God it's not just us.  Wish it'd show up less in their media.
