Any time I tell myself I'm going to do something, whether it be reading more books, practicing my bass playing, going to the gym and exercising, or even something silly like watching a TV series, I'll inevitably get bored with and stop doing it. And any attempts to rely on outside motivation, like my parents forcing me to do shit, just makes me want to do it even less.

And no, this doesn't have to do with the Internet, I've had this problem for long before I started using it.

    However I've said this afew times on these board but have you tried writing it down in some form? Like a contract with yourself or to do list or anything that seemingly finalises it?
