This bugs me when it comes to interacting with females online i'm horrid at it but when it coems to interacting in meatspace it's perfectly natural and we get along just fine. This bugs the crap out of me for some reaosn.

Your grammar and spelling online tends to suck and people give up on understanding you. When speaking words, you say them instead of typing them. If people can be bothered to understand you they tend to actually be decent at interacting with you.

If your thread title's any indication you do the exact same thing. And it's not like it's a valid mindset. People lie, online and offline. They just tend to do it differently and about different things. It's worth remembering that the same person can act very different depending on if you are facing them, or interacting with them through the internet.

Yeah people hate that. If you aren't even bothering to pay attention to them when they are talking to you, it makes you look like an asshole who doesn't care what they are trying to say.

And can they read your mind? No, you have to show them you are interested in the conversation. Because really, if you can't even look at them, something as simple as keeping your head up, how much do you care about them?

Simply make eye contact every few seconds to cover that if it really discomforts you.
