Till shade is gone, till water is gone, into the Shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath, to spit in Sightblinder’s eye on the last Day.
And end up taking a twenty minute powernap and waking up feel refreshed and awake.

    Ohh, this reminds me of all the times when I'd take a nap after a hard day at school, wake up at 7pm and think it was twelve hours later and promptly start panicking.

    Until daddy was all nonchalant-like and "Oh hey, dinner's ready".

    I've often woken up at 8 or 9 and wondered why it was so dark outside.

    Once after I went to read a book in the bean bag chair in the basement, I slept through dinner, and my parents thought I hadn't come home yet.
